Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of buying and you get the full £10 back. No reason needed, and it does not matter whether you have used TickerCheck.
The 14 day refund is available once per customer. If you buy TickerCheck again after a refund, that later purchase is not refundable, except as set out under “After 14 days” below.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries relating to your order and handles returns and refunds.
Use the link in the receipt email Paddle sent when you bought TickerCheck, or email support@tickercheck.app from the address you bought with and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.
The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to appear is up to your bank, usually a few working days. Your access to TickerCheck ends once the refund is made.
After 14 days the purchase is not refundable, except:
If something has gone genuinely wrong at any time, contact us and we will deal with it fairly.
A refund covers the price you paid for TickerCheck. Charges Anthropic made to your own account for analyses you ran are between you and Anthropic, and are not refunded by us.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
